Terms of service.

1. Service Description

ListingLab is an AI-powered tool that analyses Etsy listings and provides scores, recommendations, and rewrite suggestions to help sellers improve their listing quality. The service is provided by ListingLab (“we”, “us”, “our”), a UK-based business.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free Tier

We offer a limited number of free listing analyses. Free-tier usage is tracked via a browser fingerprint. Attempts to circumvent free-tier limits (e.g., clearing fingerprints, using multiple devices to exceed limits) are a violation of these terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time from your settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, after which it won’t renew.
• Stripe handles all payment processing. We never see or store your card details.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate until the end of their billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access ListingLab.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms.
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label ListingLab’s output without permission.
• Abuse the service in any way that degrades performance for other users.

6. AI Analysis & Limitation of Liability

ListingLab provides AI-generated scores, recommendations, and rewrite suggestions. These are recommendations only and do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to increased sales, views, or rankings on Etsy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Trademarks & Third-Party Rights

ListingLab applies automated filters intended to reduce the appearance of certain well-known trademarked brand names in the suggestions we generate. These filters are based on a limited, manually maintained list and are not comprehensive. They do not identify every trademark, brand, celebrity name, or other protected term, and they do not constitute legal advice or trademark clearance.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Etsy listings — including any titles, tags, descriptions, or other content you choose to publish, whether written by you or generated by ListingLab — comply with Etsy’s policies, applicable trademark and intellectual property law, and any third-party rights. You should review all suggestions before publishing them.

ListingLab is not responsible or liable for any listing removal, account suspension, dispute, or legal claim arising from content you publish, including content derived from our suggestions. If you are unsure whether a term is protected, do not use it, or seek independent legal advice.

8. Intellectual Property

• Your content — you retain full ownership of any listing data, text, and images you submit. We do not claim any rights over your content.
• Our service — the ListingLab platform, including its design, AI models, scoring algorithms, and brand, are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
• AI output — rewrite suggestions and recommendations generated by ListingLab are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing them and ensuring anything you publish complies with Etsy’s policies and applicable law (see Section 7).

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep ListingLab available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of ListingLab after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
